1. Placing an Order

   1. By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Services

   1. Carpeteria offers a variety of products and services through its online store, including but not limited to rugs, pillows, mirrors, poufs, bags, wall decor, chairs, and workshops. We make every effort to ensure that the information and prices displayed on our website are accurate and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this information.

3. Payment and Order Processing

   1. To purchase products or services through our online store, you must provide us with accurate and complete payment and shipping information. We accept payment through the methods specified on our website. Payment will be processed at the time of purchase. Once we have received your payment, we will process your order and provide you with an estimated delivery date.

   2. All transactions processed through our online store will be received by Business Account registered under independent entrepreneur Mariam Margiani 62005027758. Our top priority is to provide a secure and reliable shopping experience, and we take all necessary steps to ensure that all transactions are processed securely and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

4. Lead Times

   1. Lead times only start after the project has been signed off and a deposit has been paid and does not include design time.

   2. Lead times vary from 4 to 24 weeks, this is dependent on size and the complexity of rug. Estimated lead times are given but not guaranteed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

   1. We will make every effort to ship your order within the estimated delivery time provided to you, but we cannot guarantee delivery within that time. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, and other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

   1. Once a deposit has been paid and production has started unless there is a fault with the rug the rug in non-returnable and non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not comply with our return policy.

   2. Workshops Cancellation policy: - Full refund if cancelling 3 days before; - 50% refund / Rescheduling option if cancelling before 24h; - No refunds for last-minute cancellations, but we offer 30% credit towards future workshops or products and reschedule if it’ll be possible.

7. Delivery Times & Charges

   1. Delivery charge is applicable to all orders. For large custom orders our prices include shipping and delivery will need to be quoted separately.

   2. Overseas delivery charges will be applied at checkout. Custom orders will also require a separate quotation which we will be happy to provide. We can also provide stain treatment, underlay and install on request. Carpeteria is not responsible for any shipping delays outside of its control and no compensation will be made for any costs incurred for delayed products.

8. Intellectual Property

   1. The content of our online store, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Carpeteria or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any of this content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

   1. In no event shall Carpeteria or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our online store or the products or services offered through it.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Carpeteria is located. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these Terms and Conditions

    1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of our online store after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
